This January 6th- 8th True North attended the Student Veterans of America Conference in Orlando, FL. We had the opportunity to meet with many veteran nonprofits and veteran advocates from all over the nation. Not only did we get to network with people like Sebastian Junger and over 47 veteran advocacy programs, but we also had the opportunity to listen and learn from numerous universities specialized in veteran research and transition.
Also, during the conference, one of our veteran nonprofit partners, MVP, got to host a workout at the event. Over 60 people came to the workout and got to experience both an MVP workout and huddle!
